Terms of Use

Terms for the VitaQR beta platform

Scope and beta status

VitaQR provides web-based Safety, Health and Education workflows. The current environment is a controlled beta; features may change, be restricted or remain unavailable until provider and release validation is complete.

Safety and emergencies

VitaQR is a supplemental safety and communication tool, not an emergency service and not a replacement for 112 or other local emergency services. QR, masked calling, SOS, IVR, location and notification features depend on devices, networks and third-party providers. Never delay contacting emergency services because of VitaQR.

Health

Health features support discovery, appointments, queues, reminders and provider operations. They do not replace professional medical diagnosis, emergency care or clinician judgment.

Education

Schools, institutes and coaching centres remain responsible for lawful onboarding, guardian/child governance, attendance policy, permissions and institution-controlled information.

Accounts and acceptable use

Products, subscriptions and payments

Physical Safety QR features may require payment, fulfilment, delivery, activation and an active subscription. Prices/features shown in the checkout at purchase time are authoritative. Payments are processed by supported third-party providers when enabled; VitaQR relies on verified provider evidence before treating payment as authoritative and is designed not to store raw card credentials.

Refunds and delivery

For physical Safety QR orders, the approved commercial baseline provides pre-packing cancellation, a 7-day reporting window for wrong, damaged or unreadable delivered QRs, India-only initial shipping, checkout-disclosed shipping charges, a 2–3 business-day dispatch target after payment/order verification and an indicative 3–7 business-day delivery estimate after dispatch. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to operate securely and reliably, but beta services and external providers can fail. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
